JetPay is committed to providing you with a secure environment to access your payroll applications. As such, we will no longer support the following operating systems as of 11/1/17: Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows 8.0, and Windows Vista.
You will be unable to access any JetPay applications using these operating systems after 11/1/17. In order to continue to access your JetPay applications after 11/1/17 you must use a different operating system.
It is important that you confirm with your IT department that you are not accessing JetPay applications with the affected operating systems as failure to do so will result in you being unable to perform tasks like processing payroll or viewing check stubs online.
